When you request an estimate, contact us, or submit a lead form on our website, Facebook, or Instagram, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal code or project location, requested service, project details, preferred timing, and any photos or files you choose to provide.
Our website and service providers may also receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, referring page, and activity needed to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.
How we use information

- respond to inquiries and prepare or discuss estimates;
- schedule visits and provide requested renovation or concrete services;
- follow up about a project you asked us to contact you about;
- operate, secure, and improve our website, forms, and advertising; and

Calls, email, and text messages
If you provide contact information, we may call, email, or text you about your estimate request or project. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time; we may still send service-related messages when necessary.
When information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions, communicate, advertise, or operate the business. These may include Netlify, email providers, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and analytics or security providers where enabled.
We may also share necessary project information with subcontractors or trades involved in preparing an estimate or delivering requested work, and when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety. Some providers may process information outside Canada, where it can be subject to local laws.
